You have to admit that the whole Bill Murray segment was hilarious!

I'm going to go old school on you all and say that a couple of my favorite classic movies are Citizen Kane, Metropolis, and The Great Gatsby.

^^Those are all amazing choices. I have all those comedy selections on DVD or VHS except for the Odd Couple. All you're missing is a classic Mel Brooks movie like Young Frankenstein or Blazing Saddles.

Yeah, I haven't gotten around to Mel Brooks' stuff yet. You'll probably have to go to Amazon to get the Odd Couple as it is hard to find(I lucked out and got it at Best Buy.) Thanks!

If you liked Airplane!, you'll love Blazing Saddles. Just a note, don't watch it on TV (They censor it to death), buy the DVD

Thompsons, AMAZING picks! I love all of your comedy choices except for a few, mainly because I haven't seen them. Fast Times and Animal House have so many memorable quotes and scenes (PHOEBE CATES!).

i watched Airplane! for the first time in a few years yesterday. one of the funniest films i've seen. i liked it more than i did originally.

That's probably because you're a few years wiser and get the jokes!

Forrest Gump is one of the greatest movies I've ever seen. Such creativity with the amount of historical events tying together in the movie tied in with the Forrest/Jenny storyline, beautiful.

whatever it was, there were a lot of parts which made me laugh hard. far too many to even count.

forrest gump is pretty great too. i bought it on DVD a while back, but I think i lost it somewhere. shame. wish it was on netflix, i'd probably watch it

I've never actually had the opportunity to watch it. Whenever it was on cable I was always doing something, and nobody I know has the DVD's.

It is at Wal-mart along with its sequel for 7 bucks. I might get that.

Taxi Driver actually just misses my top ten, Jodie Foster shows much promise in one of her very first roles (possibly first not sure?) and Cybil Sheppard is hot as hell in that movie.
