Heard that on some theme DVD once. Spongeboy sounds strangely creepy.

Also, he based his entire lawsuit on a DVD cover's name! It was "Sponge For Hire". His character, Bob Spongee, was an unemployed sponge. Well, he must not have watched a single episode because there's only one episode, even on that DVD, and ever, of course, of Spongebob being unemployed.

lawsuits are stupid. some guy tried to sue MTV's Jackass because apparently the guy changed his name to Jack Ass to raise awareness of drunk driving or something and the show was obviously stealing his name

Anyone remember WhoBob WhatPants or Whatever Happened to Spongebob? That one was downright terrible. I believe it was billed as a TV movie and was only a half hour. I keep reading the DVD version is 40 minutes, but I don't care enough to look.

Season 4 was fine enough. Breezed through all of it on Netflix instant today and found only a few were really bad.
