Skinner's Sense of Snow has some good moments, but it also annoys me more than it used to. Both have weak first acts IMO, but Wild Barts is quite strong afterwards so I must go with that one.

Hard choice, I really like both... I vote for Skinner's Sense of Snow.

Skinners Sense Of Snow easily. Wild Bart's was tiring after one watch and has one of the worst musial numbers. While Snow can tire after multiple viewings it still is a good example of a good gag fest in the post classic era.
