Don't forget "A Flight to Remember", the first Futurama-episode that felt really epic and showed Bender's genuine and vulnerable side.
"Bender's Big Score" had also a lot of emotion and gravitas thanks to the Lars-storyline.
And when you're talking about sad and emotional Futurama-episodes,"The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings" is also worth mentioning. It was a great finale for the show and those last moments always give me goosebumps.
