One character I've always found particularly annoying was that Speedy Gonzales character, good thing they never got carried away with him and did something absurd like a movie or someth-

What's wrong with Orel? he's much more of a sympathetic and almost tragic character than annoying

Flash animations answer to Spongebob,....

Only one line in that entire show made me laugh. A large Watermelon that posed as some kind of authority figure was trying to convince Fred to join his football team.
Fred: I dunno, I'd rather eat candy
Boss: If you join. you'll help me get revenge on my rival!
Fred: I like candy,.. is revenge sweet?
Boss: Oh yes, Fred! ..Its Veeery sweeeet!

Its not just the later seasons where he gets more annoying and stupid, its his annoying voice. His laugh, UGH I can't take it any more, make it stop

Eddy from Ed, Edd n Eddy.
Doesn't care about any one but himself. Sure every once in a while hey'll care about his friends, but not much. Only money and himself, yah.

Fred-Scooby-Doo Where Are You?
He's a big jerk in this series. He's always giving orders and forcing Shaggy and Scooby to be the bait.

Misty from Pokemon series 1. Bossy little brat.

Yah Scrappy's another one, but so many posted his image blah LOL.

the boys, phineas and ferb, do outlandish, crazy stuff every day during the summer. their older sister always tries to bust them, but their parents never believe her.

they boys have a lot of friends, and a pet platypus, who battles an evil professor/doctor.

it sounds bad, but it is really a good show

While Eddy is supposed to be that way, still doesn't change my feelings on him.
I do agree, forgot about Jimmy and Sarah and Kevin too and the Kanker Sisters.
And you'd be suprised with how many people dislike Spongebob now.
