    Nobody from Rocko should be anywhere near a "worst" or "most annoying" list ever. Same with Hey Arnold. Angry Beavers and Spongebob are good too, as are the original couple years of Rugrats.

    Nickelodeon is one of the worst things that could happen to animation.

    The only good animation-series they broadcasted were Ren and Stimpy in the 90's and Avatar: the Last Airbender in the oo's.
    Spongebob is for ADHD-kids. Never could understand what people liked about it.
