First episode of Family Guy to air. It was pretty good to me, not the best but not the worst either. I'd say season 8 is shipping up to better than the other seasons

A few jokes worked, but I think it might have been cooler if they somehow manage to do an hommage to various movie of Swayze (Amusingly Donnie Darko on tonight), but otherwise its just another Brian get a girlfriend episode and I don't get why they all seem to make to a big deal out of her age

Thought the episode was great. On par with Multiverse at best...I thought this was like FG's return to form in sorts. I felt the jokes were pretty solid and I thought the plot made for a good story.

Only LOL moments were Peter's comments about the mens bathroom and "Those are balls". I also liked the Peanuts gag and Cleveland's empty house bit.

Plot-wise, it was good until the very end because the cheating stuff just felt rushed. I hate it when Lois goes into that snarky little tone where she makes fun of Brian. Peter was a real dickhead at dinner, and I was glad to see Brian point out how terrible the Griffins are as people.

I liked this episode, even though I feel like Brian's season 3 relationship with Pearl should have been brought up. She was a hell of a lot older, haha.

Peter's kicking intro was terrible but the rest of the episode wasn't too bad. Not a patch on "Brian Wallows and Peter's Swallows" though.

But where do we discuss the horrible Seth & Alex special?

The Peter kicking intro was definitely terrible except for when he was driving and making constant turns.

I hate all of the Brian relationship episode stories except in Brian Wallows and Peter Swallows. Its pretty strange how many episodes have been devoted to this.

The "old person" jokes mostly did not get a laugh out of me except the comments from Stewie, which were spot-on comments that you wouldn't normally associate with old people, but then you think about it, and realize "yes, old people do that!" such as "how long is the pause before the beep on her answering machine?"
