Very good episode. Season 13 is one of the best post-classic seasons in my opinion. This episode's very entertaining to watch. Can't wait to get it on DVD. 4/5

The best of Season 13.
This came out the exact same time we were forming a comic book club back in high school, and we showed this episode during our first weekly presentation. Everything involving Angry Dad was freaking hilarious! XD
5/5
This episode is fantastic! 4.4/5 which is as high as an episode this era will get from me
Don't make me run! I'm full of chocolate!
Nobody seems to have mentioned this yet, but isn't this episode basically a parody of Scully's jerkass Homer? The last time I watched this episode, which was probably a year ago, I was struck by how much it seemed they were making fun of themselves and what Homer had become.
I don`t know; Scully Homer was just more of an obnoxious fool who went on some crazy tangent. The Homer here is a little more on the angry side a la the City of New York. By this point I`m sure they were aware of the criticisms though, but ironically he`s more likeable in this incarnation.

Season 13 continues when Bart gets his own internet cartoon! Inspired by a speech from Danger Dog creator Jeff Jenkins Bart decides he wants to create a cartoon as well. He looks close to home for inspiration from his own father and creates Angry Dad. It becomes popular enough to warrant an internet cartoon which eventually ends after the company making it goes belly up. Homer, once again the laughingstock of the town as everyone knows Angry Dad is supposed to be him, erupts at Bart but later tries to go without being angry to fix the deeper problem. This doesn't quite work out though as Bart unleashes a trap designed to freak Homer out. Luckily he goes so far as to become a Hulk-like monster which actually saves him from certain death by suppressing his rage. Father and son enjoy a fishing trip as we end the episode.
I had a feeling coming into this season this would probably be my favorite of the lot as I do love it. The two biggest things this has going for it are the Angry Dad cartoons themselves, several of which are very funny, and Stan Lee, a fantastic guest star. My favorite of the Angry Dads has to be him reading the newspaper headline telling him he sucks. The directness and absurdity of that had me laughing but his rage over it being opinion, not news sustained my laughter for a long time. Easily the longest and hardest I've laughed over anything from this season that I've re-watched so far. Every scene which has Stan Lee is good, but him forcing the Thing into the Batmobile and trying to become the Hulk are both very funny and easily the best. Really as I already said just a great guest for the show and one of those rare times, at least in the show's second decade onwards, where someone playing them-self on the show is used brilliantly. I suppose considering the show has a character named Comic Book Guy though, Stan Lee was obviously a natural fit in universe.
There is some interesting satire here about the internet bubble of the late 90s/2000, but I'm no expert on that stuff anyway so most of it is lost on me I'm afraid. Dan Castellaneta does a great job with all his anger scenes here both as Angry Dad and Homer and his blatant appearance is much better than the later one which is in an episode I can't think of at the moment. Bart's line suggesting Homer be played by John Goodman in the Angry Dad movie also had me laughing pretty hard. Speaking of which this episode inspired the sub-par Angry Dad: The Movie episode which aired in Season 22 9 years later.....enough said about that here. Homer as the Hulk was great and I loved the trap Bart set to get him there but I think the deleted scene version with Patty and Selma and the Butterfingers was definitely funnier than the cacti and used diapers. I wish they had kept it in honestly.
Overall it isn't by much but this one has enough going for it to make it the funniest and most entertaining of the season thus far. Amazingly it took this late for me to find a 5/5 from this season, one popularly considered to be perhaps the ninth or tenth best. Regardless, I Am Furious (Yellow) deserves top marks.
I like this episode but it's not one of my favorite the season 13.
4/5 though, good plot.
3/5 and 7/10
A lot of great jokes here, this is probably one of my favourite post-classics. I especially like "Piano lady!"
I have always loved this episode from the first time I saw it.Normally, the 'celebrity cameo' is one of the aspects I like least about The Simpsons(a couple of notable exception being James Woods and The Ramones) but Stan Lee's interaction with Comic Book Guy is hilarious, and the whole Angry Dad thing is just inspired.

Great episode. The writing is strong in this one. The subject matter is great, the plot is actually well developed for a change and the lines had me laughing loads as well as the slapstick stuff like angry Homer, Homer punching the cat etc. There were lots of them, but highlights for me include career day and all the CBG and Stan Lee scenes. Also I thought the Danger Dog cartoon was pretty funny on its own.
4/5
