if Comic Book Guy gets a front cover, Moe should get his one immediately

I think it should be one of the kids, hopefully Milhouse
I guess Moe.
a apu head would be nice, with the quickie mart inside.
but seriously we argued this before

I thought the S12 packaging was fine (adding that little tab definitely makes it a lot easier to remove the discs without constant fear of wrecking them), and seeing as how I'm personally running out of room for these DVDs, the smaller box is appreciated. But I'm also partial to the original couch-gag packaging; it seems like something they would not have exhausted by season five.
I have a feeling they'll save Wiggum for a Season 19 dual-cover with Ralph. Actually, the new "theme" from Season 16 onwards could be dual covers. Patty & Selma would fit well for Season 16.
I reckon they'll use Apu for Season 13, because he doesn't really have any other episodes after The Sweetest Apu. Here are my latest guesses:
13: Apu
14: Flanders
15: Burns
16: Patty/Selma
17: Grampa
18: Moe
19: Ralph (maybe with Chief Wiggum)
@Jye: great idea! I set up a poll thread here. Vote away!

On The Simpsons Season 12 DVD thread, we were talking about ratings in the UK, and whether the boxser would be rated for 15 years and older, because of the word 'fuck'.
Just wondering, if the Season 13 DVD will be rated 15 years and older, for all the drug references in "Weekend at Burnsies" - does anyone think so?
15 seems to equate to an M rating here in Aus. I thought Natural Born Kissers might have done it, due to its sexual content but the DVD was rated PG so I don't think the drug references in Weekend At Burnsies will be enough to earn a mature rating

The sexual content is implied, not shown. See below.
5F18
Natural Born Kissers
Latest Classification: PG (17th February, 1999)
Language: Occasional, mild
Sex/Nudity: Some mild nudity/references
Violence: None
Other: Animated sitcom (none)
It's only sexual content, if you actually seeing them doing it, I just saw buck naked kissing on my viewing.

If PG is available to all kids, I think Natural Born Kissers deserve a higher rating, even with it only being allusions to sex, there are some pretty strong allusions in the episode. Plus Marge side boob

always cover your ass.
There's a couple of episodes in Season 13 that have the "aftermath" (like after Homer injects himself with the pocket fox serum).

I wouldn't be against an Itchy and Scratchy cover
Homer - "Before "Lethal Weapon 2" I didn't know there could be a bomb in my toilet, but now I check every time."

NO, not Itchy and Scratchy. That would be awful.

Now entering October 2009 with no official announcement for this DVD release. So I'm guessing Season 13 won't be released on DVD until 2010. Why? There's usually about a 3 month wait between the official announcement and the release date.

I have a feeling Apu's gonna be the 13 rep too.
14 I bet'll go to Moe because of Baby Blues.
15 I'll guess will be either Burns or Milhouse, who both have moderately relevant episodes. Maybe Skinner + all the known kids, the school in general for one big package.
16 I have a feeling will be Wiggum because of Pranksta Rap. They could do Patty and Selma because Marrying and Goo Goo Gai Pan but I'm not sure they'd choose the two characters to represent a DVD. They're not exactly popular. I doubt they'll feature Ralph with his dad as a double package, they're both pretty well known separately.
17's hard to say. Willie? Quimby maybe...? Perhaps even Bob?
From here it's anyone's guess, though it's a good chance Ralph will be on 19 because of E Pluribus. Wish it were a better episode he were being covered for but what can you do.

Do they even plan on releasing them all at some point?
It seems to take longer and longer, it looks {to me} that they are going to go back to releasing one a year. It might be too early to tell at this point, but still.
