FIRST POST! Just read the thread and would like to add a few of my own. Apologies if some aren't as underrated as they are in my group of friends.

Homie The Clown
When Homer's clown car crashes into the tree and has about a second delay before he flys through the windscreen.

Legs: When he's done in there I gotta go.

Lemon of Troy
Flanders: Eat all of our shirts!

Homer vs Patty & Selma
Tax guy: And it also says that you once grabbed a dog by the hind legs and pushed it around like a vaccuum cleaner.

Burns' Heir
Marge: Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Homer: Yeah, let's push him down the steps.

Homer Goes To College
Homer: Hello Dean, you're a stupidhead.

Marge On The Lam - IMO the episode with the most underrated throwaway gags.

and, I think the scene where Bart and Milhouse are running to the lemon tree in "Lemon of Troy" is just genius. Milhouse is following Bart and manages to slip into the creek, hit his head on the loose fence post, and fall down a hill in a space of about 10 seconds. So funny.

Don't know why but this line of Skinner's makes me laugh every time!

Well around season 18 or so Homer has this infatuation with Mayonaise I think. Both times being hillarious. Didnt expect to laugh that loud. "Help me Mayonaise!"

I think Special Edna is underrated too. I personally thought EFCOT was hilarious. Even though it needed stuff integrated into it, jokes in that certain segment like Homer escaping EFCOT and getting a $15.00 churro from DW were great references to Disney's culture.
