I'm trying to think of all the 'Lenny and his eye problem' gags from the show. If anyone can think of more, feel free to add.
*In 'Tis the Fifteenth Season':
Homer (giving Lenny the photo cube): I filed down the photo cube so you don't hurt your eyes. (Pokes Lenny's eyes)
Lenny: Wow! It only stings a little!
*'Three Gays of the Condo:
Homer is delusional and tries to fit Lenny into the puzzle:
Lenny: My eyes! [My doctor says (?)] I'm not supposed to get jigs in them!

Also, this may or may not be from the show, I might be dreaming, Lenny says something about not getting nuts in his eyes?

I think the first time anything happened to his eye was in: The Old Man and the C Student when Homer offers Lenny some Peanuts, when to Lenny's surpise, a spring pops out and stabs him in the eye.

"It's A Little Late For Lenny" from Saddlesore Galactica comes to mind where one of his eyes already was all taped over after an off-screen injury.

Every time I think about Lenny's eye gags, I'm always reminded of that memorable scene in Moe's Tavern with the beer nuts spring.
