Second episode title this season that pretty much broke the character limit (I had to stick to acronyms)!

Anyway, tonight's episode focuses on a little closure to the Cotton story, with a rare appearance by Didi, and Hank is tasked with flushing his father's remains down a toilet that one General Patton used. Rate/review it here, colonel!

5/5 Another great Hill ep. Its been along time since hank ended an episode with a personal public address message. It was cool hearing cottons taunting voice again.

That was amazing. Really, really funny episode and very solid and engaging. Bill and Dale warring with one another was great to see, especially after all the crap Dale's given Bill in the past, and having Kahn and Octavio as attorneys of sorts was just hilarious. The ending was great as well, and a great reflection from earlier times.

Cotton's great. I miss him. His constant "I killed fiddy men!" throughout Hank's flashbacks were hilarious. I'm still disappointed that we never really saw Didi or G.H. or even Bobby's reaction in Death Picks Cotton and the immediate episodes following that, but at least we got some explanation with Didi here, and at least Bobby, uh... knows.

    Really great episode though.

I enjoyed it quite a bit. Dale/Bill's feud was interesting and had a lot of energy, and it tied into the main plot very well. I like the running theme of Cotton's companionship with others (notice how just about everything on the list involved people that Cotton had met/interacted with). And I love all the closure KotH has been getting over the past few years. With a few more laughs, this one would be a classic, but it was still the best show of the night.

Great Episode, if I could vote 6/5 I would. It made for a great 250th episode, but you wouldn't know it was anything special, or even airing, thanks to Fox. It was nice to see Hank realize what was important to Cotton, his buddies, and that Hank takes after him. Plus all the little jokes and side story was perfect for the episode.

King of the Hill is Fox's new Futurama.

Scratch that. KotH has been Fox's new Futurama for the last 5 years.

Great episode. Bill and Dales feud was fun, and I liked it tying into the main plot. It was great seeing/hearing Cotten again, even if it was just flashbacks and letters.
I didn't understand the point of Hank's message at the end, but it was funny.

Well, this is the episode that should have aired a long time ago. But, we still didn't see Bobby bothered at all by the death of his grandfather.

I liked the Dale/Bill feud - and that Didi was married to a pro wrestler... Wish there had been a little more with Didi. I mean, don't Hank and Peggy want to see GH grow up? But really, I didn't think this episode was anything special.

Barely chuckled once. The story was pretty inventive, but nothing brilliant. Bobby wasn't funny and Peggy had zero personality.
By now everyone pretty much knows how I feel about the series right now, so no sense going on and on about the problems it has.

Although, I didn't seem to notice the odd facial expression, music, cut to next scene method used in this episode. So that would be an improvement.

I did enjoy Hank's PSA at the end. They did that every so often early in the series. Something I wouldn't mind seeing more of.

One more thought..It would have been nice for Cotton to have had some more funny lines. In the prime of KOTH Cotton was brilliant. Everything he said was terribly offensive, and hilarious. Ex: At the Thanksgiving table "I said.. The woman was lousy in bed!".

"Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the object worship of the state. It will prescribe for every one where they are to work, what they are to work at, where they may go and what they may say. Socialism is an attack on the right to breathe freely. No socialist system can be established without a political police. They would have to fall back on some form of Gestapo, no doubt very humanely directed in the first instance."

Just great stuff. This and the episode where Hank finally gets some recognition at work are the best of the season so far, but they've all been consistently good. The show's definitely going with style and dignity.

I don't really agree. People thought Futurama was taken before its time. After four movies we can debate that now but it felt certain back then that it deserved more time.

I don't know about anyone else...but I think it's a good time for KotH to go. It's had a great run, and it's not going to run itself into the ground. I think part of what's made this season so great is both we and the writers know this is it, so they're making it count...giving it closure etc. I can only hope the Simpsons goes out with half the class this one's going out on when it finally throws in the towel. I'm really looking forward to the last episode.

Wow, that was the first PSA at the end of an episode in years and years, wasn't it? I think it's the first one wear he's sitting on his tractor since season 1. While I was glad they dealt with Didi and some of Cotton's death aftermath, I still thought they squandered it a little. No mention of GH at all was very disappointing, and I think Didi should have been more involved, and I still wonder where she was when Cotton was on his death bed. The Dale/Bill feud didn't entirely work for me until it all started coming together in the third act when relating to Hank's plot line. The episode was strong overall though, especially the ending. It had heart without being cheesy.

Loved it! Cotton was one of my favorite characters and I love a lot of the episodes revolving around him. I also enjoyed the list of all the things he wanted him to do, Bill and Dale's feud, Cotton telling everyone how he killed fitty men, and Bobby's question for his father. I saw no fawl so I gave it a 5/5
Thanks for the awesome times King of the Hill!

In the time nobody really aged in a year's time, they sorta bypassed how Bobby handled Cotton's death.

This turned out to be a great episode, despite the lingering idiocy of the Dale and Bill feud. Hank's public service announcement gave this episode an old-time feel, something this show desperately needed.

I haven't given a fox show a 5/5 in quite some time, but this episode definitely desrved it, the Cotton flashbacks, the Hank and Bill feud, and Hank's speech at the end make me really upset the show's going, but also relieved it's not going down the toilet

i'm surprised this show lasted as long as it did, but it's nice that it's still somewhat relevant as it goes. that ship sailed for the simpsons long long ago, and honestly i think king of the hill will go down in history as a better show than the simpsons because of it
