    it was due to the production number of the episode. it indicated that 'The Crepes of Wrath' was going to be the finale, but was changed due to 'Some Enchanted Evening' being re-edited. They had 'Some Enchanted Evening' down as the first episode of the season, but the animation was of poor quality and had to be edited. They probably finished around the time of 'The Crepes of Wraths' eventual airing (3rd from last episode).
