I sort of agree here as the bitch fests about the S11 packaging were more entertaining than the actual season.

@ Fox Executive, it took me about 5 mins to figure out that you meant "heads" instead of "hats". Protection from the suns rays and the ability for balding men to hide their shame are two excellent reasons to buy the hats.

But the heads, those are another story. At this point they're pointless. The standard package with a bubbled piece of plastic tacked on taking up shelf space. Useless.

I'm planning a youtube video showing the evolution and de-evolution of the series DVDs. Nothing fancy, just a webcam video with the twelve seasons in front of me.

My guess is that they'll go the Futurama movie route and have them in little half sleeves. but I could be wrong...

Nah i was excused today but i won't know till 5 tonight if i have to go in Tue.

I already ordered it. i just like to keep Bestbuy on thier feet......they used to give you $10 off your order if it took less the 90 secs to get.....but they stopped that

I liked the Futurama set, with the discs in different covers. I would like if they did that with the simpsons.

Meh, slim cases are pretty lame. Slide off the top (that's what she said), slide out the individual cases and then open each one to read the listing and get to a disc. Too much if you ask me.

So from what I've heard, FOX has re-released the Futurama DVDs in a smaller packaging like season 11? Are these just rumours or are they actually doing that? If so that sucks because I was planning on buying 1-3 soon.
