Two episodes that has some satirical shots at the entertainment business. I personally love "Girly Edition" a lot due to the subplot and some gags scattered in the main plot and Lisa's line to explain why Bart is everyone's son is one of my favorite lines of the show. "You Kent Always Say What You Want" did have some funny moments, but it never, nver had the subtle satirical sense that the better episodes had and the plot felt way, way too short. Overall, good try, but poor episode

Interesting match-up, and one that "Girly Edition" takes easily. Both are big media stabs, but the Season 9 outing is far more clever, as the Kent Brockman episode is as un-subtle as the show has ever been.

I like some of these match-ups--pretty interesting.
But Girly Edition, easily. I felt that Kent was one of the weakest episodes of the show (24 Minutes really should've been #400).My Nintendo webcomic,
