since the end of this tournament would be so anti-climatic with Lisa Vs. Bart, I decided to advance the people they beat to the final four and have an after contest match between all the members of the family and the final two.

You probably shouldn't have included Lisa and Bart at all in the competition, because it's not really accurate this way. For example, who knows how far Burns would have gone if he wasn't up against Lisa so early?
Anyway, I voted for Krusty, easily.

going against the grain and voting for wiggum
i dunno krusty's alright but i don't like him , most of the eps centered around him kinda bore me
meanwhile wiggums great for laughs and adorable to boot.-----

I don't think this tournament was messed up as such, it was just the rankings could have been done a bit better than what they where.Kids, let me tell you about another so-called ``wicked'' guy.
