    Not even remotely close. Troy is without doubt one of my favorite characters, whereas Nelson is one of my least favorites. Shame Troy and Lionel would have to battle it out next round.

    Nelson brings an important dynamic to the show. Troy's parts were well done, but not important in any way.

    I like Troy a lot despite his legacy in the show was cut short. Maybe if some of his inside features weren't revealed in 'Fish Called Selma', maybe I'd have voted for Nelson. Nelson maybe developed numerous more times than Troy, but he's less likable than Troy.

    I love both of Hartman's characters, And I wish troy was used more...

    But Neson's chracter has being evolved and expanded.

    Haw haw, I voted for Troy.

    Troy was good for a laugh every time with his wacky previous movies and films and fortified wine. One of my favorite all time.

    Another nice thing about Troy is his one episode was very good. Alot of times when background characters are given an episode, it does not do well, but that was not true!
