anyone seen the intro yet on youtube? as sick as i am of seth mcfarlane, this show actually looks like it'll be better than american dad but that's not saying much. does it look promising to any of you? i honestly wish that if there gonna put this on the air, that they would cancel american dad and just put this in it's place. having 3 of these damn shows on in the same night is too much.

there's no way in hell this is gonna be american dad, it's probably the second best show on sunday behind KOTH
Cleveland is perhaps the least interesting character on Family Guy, a show that's pretty much run it's course as it is. And everything I've read about this show doesn't lead me to believe it'll offer anything new that I couldn't get from the two previous MacFarlane shows (if I actually still wanted to watch them, that is).
Well, if Family Guy is any indication, the year will have only made it worse.
The only thing that makes zero sense is why they delayed it. Family Guy's production cycle caused a delay of three months because of MacFarlane and the strike, yet Cleveland had a good amount of its 13 episodes ready to go by around then. (and American Dad, too, I have no idea how that worked out) FOX should've taken advantage of the situation, but I guess they felt the need to delay it to fall...
This a 100% guarantee that Sit Down Shut Up has been cancelled...
I don't think so. SDSU only just started, so there's plenty of time for both in the schedules. TCS will air in the autumn (fall) and SDSU will air in the spring (hopefully).

A new sneak peek.
Sorry, but I really don't see how I will like that show. The jokes are really boring and the theme sucks.
I like how you said that the show will be crap because jokes are really boring when most of the clip is just Family Guy. But I'd also imagine the actual show will have crappy jokes, too.
Besides new fat Cleveland Jr., nearly every character design changed, and the British people seemed to have been tossed out. The only thing that seemed totally untouched was the theme song, which I still have to admit is very catchy a year later. (sorry again, Fox Executive)
And did the theme also imply that there will be cameos by Peter, Joe and Quagmire? If so, this is indeed another instance where life has imitated the Simpsons...

Why are you sorry? People have different taste in music. I just don't like Cleveland's voice. The theme song could be great if someone else sings it.
But "Chocolate people" is boring and an obvious joke for Stewie. I know that it's a FG-like joke, but it's still dull and boring (and maybe even offensive).
The character designs aren't great IMO, particularly the fat kid. The stuff going on under the theme song doesn't look very funny. And Cleveland was never a funny character anyway, let's hope his new family has some personality.

Well the very fact that the only jokes we here at thoses from family guy characters, is suspicious...I must say I was more amuse by the jokes that actually the Cleveland show actually will overload with awesomeness and that we will bown down and worship it and this is why Fox demand more episode and cancel its show
Well, on the plus side, it seems to be at least somewhat distinct from Family Guy. On the downside, it seems more like a traditional cheesy sitcom, which I don't care for. We'll see how it actually turns out.
