The list of commentaries was updated, eliminating the bugs and glitches from the previous version. Swartzwelder's name has disappeared. Matt Groening is doing an extra commentary as well. Mike Scully, George Meyer and Matt Selman are pretty much on every single commentary. Ian Maxtone-Graham, Ron Hauge and Tim Long are also present on several tracks.

Scratch that last post. It was my mistake for not reading all the way through the thread.
I think Groening was preoccupied with the Futurama movies at the time of the season eleven commentary recordings. It's ironic considering that at the time the eleventh season was in production, Groening was preoccupied with season one of Futurama.
Or maybe it's not ironic, damn Alanis Morissette.![]()
UP AND ATOM!
Yeah, the commentary tracks were probably recorded in Summer/Fall 2007. And keep in mind that when Season 11 aired, Groening was working on season two of Futurama (not season one).
Also, I don't exactly like the standard box art. Why does it not say "complete eleventh season" like the others? I may just get the head because I like Sideshows Bob and Mel on the spine more than Mr. Teeny

Well, it's kind of redundant to have that word, since it wouldn't say "The eleventh season" if it wasn't the complete season. But still, it annoys me a bit too.
FINALLY. Ive been bloodywaiting for this.
So their going to go on with all the rest of the cast. excellent.
Hmmp Krusty.
Whats next? I wanna see moe or Barney.
I'm formal. But I'm here to party.
^ Love that avatar, man.
I'm liking this Krusty box. In the future I'd love to see a Troy McClure or Lionel Hutz, but it is probably wishful thinking.
Yeah, both Troy McClure and Lionel Hutz's last appearances were in Season 10. Oh well
McClure's last appearance where he talks was Bart the Mother, Hutz's was Realty Bites...however they do appear as background characters until at least A Star Is Torn (I believe they have been fully and permanently retired from even appearing now, though).
I have the feeling that those characters, as much as I'd like to see them featured, wouldn't be too recognizable to the general public. Especially in a facing forward view for the box art. Krusty works great, but can you imagine other characters like Moe? Eeyuck. Though it would be ugly in a funny way.
I think most people would recognize Moe, he isn't a one-time character or anything. He is pretty ugly though...
Coming soon, The Simpsons: The Twelfth Season featuring Moe!

Wow, already? But why Moe? Anyway, where did you fin this?
Hahah dear god. That thing is horrifying! Nevertheless, I would still buy it.
Looks like i'm going for the standard box, good thing i waited.
Hipness is not a state of mind, It's a fact of life!
Is that the real season 12 box, or is it created by you, Captain Squid?
You can do anything if you put your mind to it.
Everything happens for a reason.
Just be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.
Don't worry about the world ending today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.
Uh, he already clearly stated that he made it. It's pretty easy to tell it's not real anyway.

I love that picture of Moe, just a little of topic here but i don't know why but i find the sound of mike scully and matt selman's voice calming.
