I like that you have changed the navigation. It's much easier to find what you're looking for now.Originally Posted by Malachy

I don't want to sound like I'm trying to mod here, but you all need to stop posting nothing but links to your sites. Write the update and a URL at the bottom if necessary. You're going to give Jon and Eric aneurisms.
I dont think it will, but it is a little annoying to click on the links, at least say whats in the update.
And there's me just about to post a link, though,
2 Grabs, couple of Fan Comics, Some Fan Art & some special images added to TCB.
I was in a hurry. :P I'll do that next time.
Woops forgot to say TSH updated tons but the most recent update was an info one. And TSH IV is being delayed
Two old sites and Simpsons Home added to Button Museum
DVD Texts for season 8 included
In the Community updated for August 06
Main-page poll changed
And then two new sections:
Linkspaedia - the most comprehensive Simpsons links list ever compiled
Graveyard - names of old sites, their URLs, their years of operation
Correction on linkspaedia - tsw.kampkrusty.net. Way larger than you
Nice update Malachy. I think you should re-evaluate your top 25 sites list though, a few of them have closed down since you wrote it.
no one can beat the simpsonss wired. But some of the sites on the simpsons wired have closed.Originally Posted by mikeymansimpsons
Anyways nice update on simpsons zip, Malachy.
where'd you get the graveyard information from?
i see a few inaccuracies, is all.
most notably the simpsons sourcebook opened in 1998 and closed in 2003.
if you're going by archive.org and seeing domain names, it's not really accurate because for that example, the simpsons sourcebook was at springfield.simplenet.com/source and fandom.com for a couple of years which is probably why your record of 'frinky.com' only dated back to 2000.
the simpsons channel's old news pages are pretty helpful for finding old urls to sites, as well as closing dates. eg. the simpsons sourcebook actually started out at http://www.geocities.com/TelevisionC...921/index.html , and i got that from the channel archive page (not my memory!).

I used sites' about pages for their openings whenever possible and archive.org for the closings. I tried to get it all as accurate as possible, but there are definitely a few errors. I'll go check out the channel now. Thanks much.
Any other corrections or additions anyone would like to tell me are more than welcome.
