    I'm guessing that's not done from a framegrab. Hand-drawn, right? Anyway, I think it's sort of an interesting interpretation of Bart. Some your lines could be a little smoother, but it's not bad.

    If those are traced, you've got a lot of work to do. The shapes are pretty far off, and again, the lines need to be much smoother.

    Are you drawing freehand with a paint brush? If you're using GIMP you'd be better off using the Path tool, then 'stroking' the path to make a line.

    edit: thinking about it, Inkscape might be a good alternative, since it's intended to be a drawing program.
