It's decent. Homer is a jerkass at times, but it has alot of good gags, and the 3rd act could be worse. I think what saved it was Wiggum's smoking crater line. Average for season 11.

Though often referred to as the best of Season 11, I can think of various better ones. Not bad, but Homer's little food song just...ugh.

Guess I'll be the first to say it. This episode is a dud. Its another annoying Homer job, with another annoying third act "resolution" (people trying to kill Homer), and more annoying "Jerkass Homer" and "Captain Wacky Homer" that bring the episode done a lot. It has its moments to be sure ("Screw Flanders"), but overall I think its pretty bad and wouldn't watch it now. Just typical season 11 schlock. 2/5
Two eyes, two ears, a chin, a mouth, ten fingers, two nipples, a butt, two kneecaps, a penis. I've just described to you the Loch Ness Monster. And the reward for its capture? All the riches in Scotland. So I have one question: why are you here?

Pretty damn bad. In the context of Season 11 it's just about bearable. By any other seasons standards it's a dud. Lousy jokes, uninspired direction, jerkass Homer, a 'kill Homer' plot combined with a Homer gets a job plot. The conflict between Homer and Lisa is poorly developed and unconvincing.

A fairly funny episode that actually was sustained well until the third act, when it quickly degenerated into a pointless, oh-crud-we-ran-out-of-ideas sort of resolution. No doubt, the best of Season 11. C

Actually i like this episode alot. I try not be prejudice about episodes just because they're in season 11. I am also fond of this episode because i saw it alot when i was younger- because it was on the raiders of the lost fridge video- and i know it well.

Kids, let me tell you about another so-called ``wicked'' guy. He had long hair and some wild ideas. He didn't always do what other people thought was right. And that man's name was...
I forget. But the point is... I forget that, too. Marge, you know what I'm talking about. He used to drive that blue car?

I used to like this episode. I just rewatched it and cant for the life of me think why. It was complete and utter drivel. I can't think of much more to say than that. I relatively enjoyed the antidote bit and the woman criticizing her own party food, so I suppose it's not a complete failure.

    "We'll be right back"

This episode was surprisingly full; judging from the plot description you'd think it could be a ten minute episode or something.

I really enjoyed this episode and it's my favorite of season 11 right after Behind The Laughter. I'm not going to tip-toe around it and give it a 2/5 because that would just be being shallow about what season an episode comes from. And like what Gruber said, it's a bit of a nostalgic episode for me and I'm sure for a lot of other people because it was on Raiders Of The Lost Fridge, and was a much watched episode when I was first getting into the Simpsons.

It...meh. It's one of the better S11 episodes, but that really isn't saying much. Plus, it has that godawful joke with SLH talking. I can't say I really like this one, but I don't hate it either.

A great episode with good gags. Well done, Mr. Jean! It's one of the best eps of s11, that's for sure. I voted 5/5, but it's more like a 4.5/5.

It was pretty decent with some funny parts such as Homer's "screw flanders" or the pets helping him out "chewwy?".

Act 3 was not executed well tho.
