I thought it was pretty alright. The plot itself was pretty nice and had some funny moments. I like that it wasn't that over the top, although the very end sort of went a bit crazy.

yes, 120 was good,
i enjoy Simpsons Comics,
it will be good if they do double sized for 125,
I just picked up 120 today, I'll have to get to it tomorrow.

i wonder why Bongo Comics doesn't have an online official website,
it would be good if it did,
do you guys agree.

Well, you can always go on Ebay to find past issues
Oh, my... I hope my Simpsons Comics site doesn't have any issues with the law...![]()
I run and maintain The Simpsons Comics Site

If you go to the Bongo News page at http://planetbongocomics.com, Tom has written that the Bongo panel at the Comic-Con actually said the Bongo website might be getting made very soon.
Any website that hasn't been authorized by Fox that has Simpsons content on it is illegal (so basically the only Simpsons site NOT against the law is the official one). You shouldn't really worry unless you supply episode downloads or put up entire stories out of the actual comics, though.Originally Posted by MikeStar

So I'm not sure if Fox would come after a Simpsons comics site as long as it was just comics/books etc - thats not to say that Bongo wouldn't ask for comic sites to be shut down (although they seem much too nice for that).
Time will tell I suppose..........................
Fox bought the rights to the characters and the show and everything, and if you look at the covers of the comics it actually says something like "The Simpsons TM property of 20th Century Fox Film Corporation".

Not so sure about that Ivan................
What do you mean by "not so sure about that"?
I remember there used to be a site somewhere and they had the actual comic stories themselves scanned and put on the site, and they actually got a C&D from Fox themselves, as well as an angry email from Matt Groening himself saying that being a cartoonist himself (Life In Hell) he knows the effort that has to be put into the comics, and said they had to take them down.

"Not so sure about that" means exactly what it says.............
I could be wrong but I remember reading about the deal Groening did re. the publishing rights and how Fox swore never to cut such a deal again when they realised what a potential cash cow it was.
Ah, I just actually bothered to go find one of my comics and it says (C) 2006 BONGO ENTERTAINMENT, INC, (C)& TM 20th Century Fox Film Corporation, All Rights Reserved...
Regardless, Bongo could sue the pants off anyone if they wanted to, since it's their material...

Yes I know it says "TM 20th Century Fox" on the comics , I can read as well as you !.
I read what I read about the publishing rights so if you want I'll try and find that information. Like I said I'm not sure so I could be totally wrong and don't see the point in arguing.
I'm not arguing. Who was arguing?![]()

Ok so you were agreeing with me, thats cool.............
Yes, yes I was.
In Australia this week we got Best of the Simpsons #40 and Radioactive Man #216 (we're just a few years behind with RM, aren't we?)![]()

Yeah you are a little behind with RM but you do get all those cool digest versions which I'd love to have.
Anyway, Simpsons Comics #121 is out now (d'oh! no it's not) and I haven't got it !
Can't stay here chatting..................

That reminds me...we've been waiting 4 months for the new Futurama digest collector's edition (#3/4) to come out...![]()

it will be very cool if Bongo can release some comics about and for the Simpsons movie,
what do you guys think ?
i can't wait for the movie,
Why?Originally Posted by Soundwave
They have NEVER made a comic version of an episode (there may have been SIMILAR storylines, but never an exact comic adaptation of an episode), so I doubt they'd do that, even for the movie.
