i board here
This episode is completely out there, but honestly I actually enjoy it. Homer's good characterisation grounds the whole thing and he's much better here than in most episodes this season. Not to mention I really like the PBS stuff, with the dig at Family Guy, "Do Shut Up" (completely hilarious) and Betty White. Even the ending doesn't bother me, despite the fact that it logically makes next to no sense, because the ending joke/scene was great and was a nice call-back to the beginning.
B-, high 3/5
He Woodbury You
Actually, the beginning and the ending are the best parts, but the stuff in the middle sucked.
I remember watching PBS drives with my parents when I was little and the ending made me laugh my ass off.
Sure we will Mr. Homer
1/5 This episode is completely unwatchable to me
I honestly barely even remember "the stuff in the middle", but the lampooning of PBS at the beginning and end was funny enough to make this a season 11 highlight. This was a rare example of a post-classic era cop-out ending that worked for me.

Stonecutter, I guess.
Good start and a good end. Otherwise terrible.

It was a pretty good episode. It was a bit random, but fun all the way through. 4/5
You are hearing me talk
"How can ace be both 1 and 11. What kind of god would allow that?!" 2.5/5 In terms of wacky episode it didn't get too terrible, with the exception of the ending and the guest star's lines. Homer was likeable throughout, that's worth something.
