    Rate/Review - Radioactive Man

This episode hardly gets mentioned around here and I think it was very good. It had some hilarious moments and an interesting storyline. A solid 4/5.

5/5 for sure. Hey, what's with the animation? It almost feels digital.

10/10, excellent episode and very under-rated. The hollywood piss take at the end was top notch.

    It is.

4/5, pretty good but not good enough for me to give it a 5/5.

I didn't know The Simpsons bothered with digital animation, way back then, how come it looks better then Tennace the Mennace?

Tennis the Mennace aired six years later, so it's bound to have improved.

A lot of time since I watched it, but I found it a little weird. Almost looks like the main characters were more the filmakers than the regular cast. Perhaps a 4/5 or a little less (3,8888888/5)

This episode had a lot going for it until Milhouse ran away. From there, we have a predictable ending (Milhouse quits, therefore the movie's over, they go back to Hollywood, the end), as well as a useless Mickey Rooney appearance. Overall it's average in my mind - 3/5.
Bart: "Please don't call our parents!"
Chief: "I'm afraid I have to for hijinks like these. Hijinks - it's a funny word. Three dotted letters in a row."
    Eddie: "Is it hyphenated?"
Chief: "It used to be, back in the good old days, you know. Of course, every generation hyphenates the way it wants to. Then there's *NSYNC! What the hell is that? Jump in any time there, Eddie, these are good topics."

This is actually one of the very first episodes I saw and it still stands out to me as one of the best. 5/5

Sorry, but you make so many spelling and grammatical errors (Tennace?) that I assumed you meant "in" instead of "then".

Fantastic episode, it seems to be an area close to the writer's hearts and that shows through. The air-conditioning gag, the Scoutmaster 'don't be afraid to use your nails boys hahaha', that wacky characature of Prince (or is it the Artist Formerly Known As Prince), the dust imprint of Homer as he runs to the caterers. Its truly great.

If it aired today people would be complaining about why Bart was allowed on the set.

It's a good episode with some funny and clever moments, but imo nothing really special. 3/5

    5/5, great epsiode.

    "The goggles, they do nothing"
Kids, let me tell you about another so-called ``wicked'' guy. He had long hair and some wild ideas. He didn't always do what other people thought was right. And that man's name was...
I forget. But the point is... I forget that, too. Marge, you know what I'm talking about. He used to drive that blue car?

Principal Skinner: No Ralph this means you're failing English
Ralph: Me fail English? That's unpossible.

It's filled with misleads and nerdy humor. You have to be in the right mood to enjoy it, but if you are then it's one of the funniest episodes ever. 4/5

Hilarious episode, some of my favourite jokes are in there. Theres not too much else in there but when you get jokes as brilliant as "My eyes! The goggles do nothing!" or the campy 70s Radioactive Man scene, who needs it?

The episode has a strange feel to it, probably it's rocket fast pacing and how it jumps right into the plot with nothing before to lead into it. But more likely to it's digital colouring, it gives it a strange feel among the rest of season 7. Plus, not much actually happened in this episode, movie crew come, make movie, Milhouse runs away, end. Not a particularly engaging or interesting plot now is it? It relys entirely on the jokes. Luckily, they're good enough to make this brilliant. A+

This completely sums up my thoughts on this episode.

I've always had an inordinate love for this episode, because I was used to watch it on syndication for what seemed to be like once a week, and Reiner Wolfcastle's inability to say "Up and atom" for the millionth time always tickled me to no end.
