A-. "Homer Vs." episodes usually turn out good.

Peace of mind. A mellow life. Crunk music. Investing in spy equipment and communist memorabilia. Having dance contests with myself. Placing last in the local triathlon. All of these things, plus a firm belief in the Lord.

Man I love this episode, and so many good jokes!

"Aw, I'm not going to lie to you Marge.... so long!"

And when he thinks Flanders is drunk, and etc etc don't have time to go on, just leave it at funny.

My opinion here is his, word for word. And it seems like Swartzwelder episodes are the ones most common for me to not like as much in the future. Not a classic, but still hi-larious. 4/5.

    5/5, one of the show's all-time classics.
Kids, let me tell you about another so-called ``wicked'' guy. He had long hair and some wild ideas. He didn't always do what other people thought was right. And that man's name was...
I forget. But the point is... I forget that, too. Marge, you know what I'm talking about. He used to drive that blue car?

Principal Skinner: No Ralph this means you're failing English
Ralph: Me fail English? That's unpossible.

I don't like it as much as everyone else seems to and don't consider it one of the show's all-time classics, but it's a pretty funny, enjoyable episode, albeit slightly forgettable. 4/5

Happy St. Patrick's Day everybody! I like the green tint to the forum for today.

I'll most likely watch this episode sometime this evening, in celebration of the holiday. This is a 5/5 for me.

Would have given it a 5/5 due to it's brilliant quality, but it's not one of my most favorite episodes of season 8.

Bart: Lis, I don't get it...Why does Milhouse's happiness make me sad?
Lisa: Bart, you're worried you're losing Milhouse, and love is a selfish thing!
Bart: Shut up! I don't love Milhouse!
Lisa: Oh, really? The more you deny it, the more I know it's true!
Bart: Oh, yeah? Well, whenever you're mean, I'm a trampoline. So everything you said goes back and hits your ugly head.
Lisa: God, that was lame. Where did you get that?
Bart: From Milhouse! Oh, I love him so much!

I just re-watched it and I have to lower my previous grade from an A+ to an A. I love the old fashioned feel of it, but I found it to be somewhat lacking.

This is hands down my all time favorite episode

I love the way Homer walks when he puts on his new hat, the way he walks is so funny...

and that whole scene, Homer was classic....

Homer: Hey boy get crackin' Moe upped his order to 20 balls a night

    Bart: Dad --

    Homer: --Call me Beer Baron

Bart: All the beer from the landfill is gone Beer Baron, we're out of business.

Homer: But I can't be out of beer, I'm the Beer Baron!

    *Moe walks in*

Moe: Homer, my customers are sobering up and they're not gonna stick around for the AMBIENCE! You gotta get me more beer!

Homer: Sorry I'm all out. Ooh how about some turpentine or caulk, delicious caulk...

    LOL!

One of the best episodes, in my top 20 easily.

Great characters, great story, hilarious gags.

The ending with the catapult drops it to a 4/5 but still a classic episode
