I really, really don't like this. I don't understand why some people love it. There were hardly any good scenes, the best being in the first act - the funniest scene is Homer's meatball fork. Homer "helping" Apu and Manjula was predictable, especially by the second time. The whole babies-in-a-freak show thing was stupid to say the least. And the ending with Homer screaming in agony being attacked by the animals? Was this meant to be funny? Horrible isn't a bad enough word to describe it, and I consider this the worst ever ending in the show. Add a useless guest star and bad animation to this, and you sum up one of the episodes in the lower half of the already bad season 11. Grade: D.

2/5. Matt Selman's worst episode to date, and I'm confident he won't write worse any time soon - for one, the ending leaves a little to be desired.

Should have never happened. Whilst The Two Mrs. Nahasapeemapetilons was a pretty good episode, Apu should have been left single, without Manjula ever being introduced. Now they have eight babies - it just doesn't work. One baby, I could deal with, but eight? No. 2/5.

The whole zoo/freak show thing did kinda ruin it, but it still had its moments. Like Apu sitting in the freezer and Homer asking for some ice cream he HASN'T been sitting on. And, of course, the funniest facial expression ever (Apu's face when he sees his new babies).

I agree - the first act was OK, the second bad, the third atrocious. I did not like the Shelbyville Nine coming in act 2, it seemed to really rush the story. I also did not like Homer's part in getting Apu and Manjula pregnant, and the birth control pills bit (especially Homer's "Mmm... ovulicious" line). And I only laughed twice; Apu's face, and the colourforms. Definitely Matt Selman's worst. 2/5.
Bart: "Please don't call our parents!"
Chief: "I'm afraid I have to for hijinks like these. Hijinks - it's a funny word. Three dotted letters in a row."
    Eddie: "Is it hyphenated?"
Chief: "It used to be, back in the good old days, you know. Of course, every generation hyphenates the way it wants to. Then there's *NSYNC! What the hell is that? Jump in any time there, Eddie, these are good topics."

A few good moments but mainly ruined Apu and Homer getting mauled by ferrets? Wow, what a brilliant ending . 2/5

I don't like this episode too much, especially because of the story.
Mostly boring and sometimes a little bit weird.
I think Apu as husband is ok and i like Manjula as character, but having 8 babies
limits them to much as family. With 8 babies they are good for some gags but story wise there are not so much possibilities i guess.

Pretty funny for the most part, but the ending is terrible. When you can't even tell what it's trying to satire, you know it's bad.

2/5, the story in this episode is really poor.
Kids, let me tell you about another so-called ``wicked'' guy. He had long hair and some wild ideas. He didn't always do what other people thought was right. And that man's name was...
I forget. But the point is... I forget that, too. Marge, you know what I'm talking about. He used to drive that blue car?

I love it. Everything Apu says in this episode is hilarious.

    "I can't believe you don't shut up!"

    "Banana bread?"

"Who cares? There's only one of him."

    5/5 Great stuff.

Terrible, bland, dull, uninspiring, awful, insipid...are all fitting words to describe this episode. This episode could have possibly been pulled off successfully if it still had the charm of the classic era, but is nothing more than a ridiculous storyline with no redeeming qualities whatsoever. C-

I love this episode for Apu's rant at Marge. I think it’s pretty hilarious all the way through. Good episode.

Some decent gags though Butch Patrick wasn't necessary. 3.5/5

I'd say 3/5. I must admit some of the scenes are funny. Though, sometimes it was kinda off.

Not the best episode for plot, but the humor quality is really good (IMO). B+
