From what I remember this was a pretty good episode, Homer and Lisa were in good character. 4/5.

One of my 4/5 episodes. It was a classic 5/5 for the first two acts, but I didn't like Homer's injured head, Homer's take on stupid risks (they may be memorable, but they're still stupid), and Lisa's OOC behaviour in act 3 (even by my standards; why would a person afraid of the velvet rope be fine with sneaking into the museum?) Overall though, this is one of Season 9's best. I'll go with the vast majority and rank it in the B range.

BTW, I'd like to say here that I am very interested in the Toronto Transit Commission, and that if you're going from, say, Coxwell and Gerrard to Victoria Park and Kingston, make sure you know the difference between the 22 and the 22A. (22A, the bus to take, runs during the night and on weekends and holidays; 22 runs during the daytime on weekdays.)
Bart: "Please don't call our parents!"
Chief: "I'm afraid I have to for hijinks like these. Hijinks - it's a funny word. Three dotted letters in a row."
    Eddie: "Is it hyphenated?"
Chief: "It used to be, back in the good old days, you know. Of course, every generation hyphenates the way it wants to. Then there's *NSYNC! What the hell is that? Jump in any time there, Eddie, these are good topics."

After re-watching it was very good. Homer was in excellent character. I found Lisa perhaps a little out of character during act III. Also I found the Homer head injury horrible and disturbing. Though still very good. Bascilly what Peter said but my grade is a little higher A-

I'm givning it a 3, for some reason this episode never really did it for me and wasn't that interesting. I actually liked the bridge joke, but that's pretty much it. The sub plot of Bart glueing stuff was pointless, like "omg we can't write a full episode, let's fill the remaining time with some dumb bart joke."

A solid B episode. This was the one where Homer defined the "crazy adventures" theme that was since used throughout the Mike Scully era.

Although it was a bit boring in places, it was a solid, sweet episode with great Homer/Lisa characterization and interaction. 4/5

A slightly boring episode, and one of Season 9's lesser ones, but still pretty good. As mentioned before, there was great Homer and Lisa characterization. 4/5.

B Range, good episode that showed Homer and Lisa's relationship.
Kids, let me tell you about another so-called ``wicked'' guy. He had long hair and some wild ideas. He didn't always do what other people thought was right. And that man's name was...
I forget. But the point is... I forget that, too. Marge, you know what I'm talking about. He used to drive that blue car?

Never liked it. Awful. Forced Homer + Lisa. Boring.
"Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the object worship of the state. It will prescribe for every one where they are to work, what they are to work at, where they may go and what they may say. Socialism is an attack on the right to breathe freely. No socialist system can be established without a political police. They would have to fall back on some form of Gestapo, no doubt very humanely directed in the first instance."

I really like this episode, it's also a great story about Lisa and Homer.
Some really funny moments with Homer, for example when he#s trying to find Lisa.

This is a rather underrated episode. I remember when it first aired; the Fox promos were all about Bart gluing the joke stuff onto his face and Dr. Hibbert attempting to cure him with "painful injections."

But the bulk of this episode has a coherent plot, and the Homer/Lisa scenes were superb. The episode also has a sweet ending.

    Overall: A-

It's a good 4/5 for me, others have said it already: It has great scenes between Homer/Lisa and the plot is okay, one particular moment i like is when Lisa manipulates Homer into letting her go with the bus. The subplot reached it's peak when Hibbert scared Bart.

"Couldnt you just turn up the heat a little?

"Oh heavens no, it had to be Terror Sweat!"

The first time I saw it I dismissed it, but upon rewatch I really like it. The scenes at the end with Homer and Lisa are the best, but the rest is good, too. It's hard to believe that the writer of this episode now writes for Family Guy, oh well. 4/5 or B+

Probably,it's one of the greatest episodes ever of the simpsons, in my opinion. The quality of Scully's writing is present also in "Make room for Lisa". It's a piece of life. Many bits to say only one... A+

B+, a very enjoyable and sweet episode.

I didn't first watch this episode until just a few years ago, and it's pretty frickin' funny. It doesn't have the most exciting story or the greatest bonding moments, but even some of the slapstick gags like Homer's head in the drawbridge got big laughs out of me. Great ending, too, and it seems like an overlooked episode on the whole.

Very solid episode with some great laughs. My only complaint is Homer's head getting squished. My favorite gag is Moe calling for a taxi. I also like the ending. A-

I really like this one: it has both a solid plot and subplot as well as some really good moments of humor; Homer's ride in the cherry picker stands out of course. Overall, it's one of season nine's best episodes.

    B+ or 4/5

I went with B range. It's a nice plot and the Homer-Lisa relationship is one of the best of any of their episodes.

Bart's subplot was fun and serviced the A story, which I always like.
