    Rate/Review 813 South Park "Cartman's Incredible Gift"

Cartman gains psychic powers in a new episode of South Park. SPS description:

After sustaining a severe head injury, Cartman appears to have the power to see into the future. South Park detectives are quick to enlist his help in cracking unsolved murder cases and Cartman is more than willing to help, for a price. In the meantime, a group of “licensed” psychics cry foul when Cartman refuses to join their ranks.

Tonight. 10 PM. Comedy Central. Rate...review...enjoy yourself, just whatever the cost, if you're offended, go somewhere else, by all means...

Lots of solid laughs and good moments (the psychic powers battles were hilarious, it had me laughing my ass off the first time). Basically it was just funny from beginning to end, and it was some nice awesome South Park fun. Gotta give it another viewing though, but A- for now. I'll vote later.

The plot seemed a liitle similar to "The Biggest Douche In The Universe", but it was really funny. Especially the psychic battles.

Seemed a bit similar to what pockefox said, plus Lil Crime Stoppers, but this was fresh. Cartman never got annoying and was his oldself. With Ms. Crabtree and Ms. Chokesondik killed off, I hope they don't do anything to Mr. Mackey or Principal Victoria. A/A-

Between this episode and last week's, they are getting too good at drawing dead faces. It's just scary

Hilarious. I cracked up when Cartman's mom ducked for cover during the psychic battle (which in itself was hilarious). Crabtree's death was funny simply because of how randomly they did it. This show is so nuts, they just kill of secondary characters left and right. And it seems like the entire town is getting stupider by the minute.

I think through this episode, this season now definitely tops season 7. "Grey Dawn", "Butt Out", "L'il Crime Stoppers", and "I'm a Little Bit Country" were weak. And "Casa Bonita" has very little replay value (although "Awesom-O" suffers from that problem too). This season's subpar outings have been "Goobacks", "The Passion of the Jew" and "Something this Way Wall-Mart Comes". And I thought those were all better than "Butt Out".

Also, has anyone noticed how Barbrady has been increasingly replaced by this red-haired cop?

Ms. Crabtree's death was the highlight. Parker and Stone are right, like Marvin Monroe, she's a totally ancilliary character that hasn't appeared for a long time (years even?) and that the fans won't miss. Although I was wondering if she'd pop up again.....I guess I got my answer.

Solid episode as usual. This season hasn't disapointed. Good use of the primary characters and consistantly funny, though I think I laughed a little more at "The Ned Zone" (though that was very different from this anyway).
Two eyes, two ears, a chin, a mouth, ten fingers, two nipples, a butt, two kneecaps, a penis. I've just described to you the Loch Ness Monster. And the reward for its capture? All the riches in Scotland. So I have one question: why are you here?

Solid episode, but probably my least favorite of the season. It was, however, very funny, so that says a lot about how good this season has been.

I did not enjoy this episode very much at all. Somehow I just found this episode dragging on and on and on with it's humor and the plot moved really slowly as well. This episode had a few good moments of humor but for the most part, many of the jokes seemed to last too long (like the Red Dragon parody, the psychic battles, and the police montage at the end). The fact that everyone would listen to Cartman and no one would listen to Kyle was also completely predictable, and I was a little disappointed to see Stan and Kenny doing pretty much nothing. I also simply have never liked the character of the red-haired police officer. He ruined "The Jeffersons" for me by eating up too much of the storyline, and he was no better here. I hate self-referential humor, so I cringed at the jokes about Miss Crabtree dying. I just did not enjoy this episode. 1/5

the serial killer being a conglomerate of every stereotype of a killer from bad movies was the highlight. that and his slideshow. funny episode, but it seems forgettable.

Decent episode. I'm not very big on the Cartman vs. Kyle stuff right now, but I enjoyed Crabtree dying, the battle of the fake psychics, and Cartman's awesomely delicious food visions. 3/5

It was a decent episode, nothing really stood out though, the story was pretty good, it just wasn't that funny, except for crabtree dying and the police officers saying that she won't be missed and hadn't been in about 2 years.

i think he's talking about the show "That's So Raven". the main character has psychic powers...and the show's awful.

anyway, pretty enjoyable episode, but nothing special. the serial killer stuff the funniest. B
