Mmkay sorry dude. But does anyone know?
The urgent letter is from actor/activist Edward James Olmos.
And the Utne Reader is an "alternative" news magazine.
what was the infamous cuss that "somehow got past the censors" in the city of new york vs homer simpson?
When Homer's chewing on the bolt on the tire, it sounds vaguely like he says "motherfucker".
Itchy is the mouse and Scratchy is the cat.
We were formally introduced to them somewhat when Bart and Lisa explain them to Herb in "O Brother, Where Art Thou?"
Thanks, champ. And my question should have been: "When did we officially find out who is Itchy and who is Scratchy?"Originally Posted by Robbie
"homers barbershop quartet" was on tonight, and to save me from looking it up, somebody explain what the deal is when Homer's trying to write a song and sings "There was nothing in Al Capone's vault, but it wasn't Geraldo's fauly... D'oh!",
Earliest I can think of is Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie.Originally Posted by Santos L. Halper

BART: Itchy.

I found that this song was played in the movie Homer watches in Homer Goes to College, so I will try to see if I can find what song this was at the episode capsule for it at SNPP.Originally Posted by NumberZone

Can you tell me whats in the garage sale bin at I think its Mrs Glick's - the barbershop quartet - and what the jokes are?![]()
If you're talking about what I think you are, the jokes behind those items should be pretty self explanatory. There's (what I believe to be) an original copy of the Declaration of Independence, which is basically the most important document in US history (very few copies of it are actually in existence), a classic comic book with the first appearance of Superman from somewhere around the 30s (which would be incredibly valuable), a sheet of very rare and infamous stamps with an upside-down airplane, and a Stradivarius violin (which would be extremely rare and valuable). Obviously the joke is that these are all priceless finds being sold for only 5 cents that Homer still thinks are "junk".
If anyone knows more of the details of those items and wants to elaborate on what I said, be my guest.
"I'll die before I surrender, Tim."
Stradivarius violins are very rare and very expensive. One went to auction last year and went for 3.5+ million dollars. If you're talking about what I think you are, the jokes behind those items should be pretty self explanatory. So it seems Mrs. Glick is dumber than Homer.
Does anyone have a clip of Smithers asking Marge to dance from "El Viaje"? My friend's version of the episode doesn't have that scene on it for some reason, and she wants to see it.
^Thanks, Ivan, but she is an online friend and I don't know how to take clips from the DVD.
Put the DVD in the DVD Drive, Download "DVD Shrink", dissect the video and remove the clip you desire, rip it to your hard-drive, download the XviD codec (to compress the video), download AutoGK, start up Auto GK and set the settings you feel appropriate, and let it encode the video. Then just upload the video - I hear you can upload videos in Photobucket.
^Thanks, Starman, but I think I'll just ask a different friend who already can do it.![]()
In the movie, Krusty says "If you can find a greasier burger, you're in Mexico"
I don't get that.
just a stereotypical jab at mexico, i'd say
