the bowling alley is a random place, i'll give you that. no idea why they picked it.

what's satirical about that ride of broken dreams in Special Edna landing in the poor house?
i think that's been asked before but i don't wanna go through 278 pages

In Bart Has Two Mommies, there's a scene at the beginning where Homer is trying to cheat at the duck race by using a rubber duck. He then goes through a mill. Does anyone know what song played then? It sounds SO familiar, and I'm pretty sure they've used it more than once.

It's Powerhouse by Raymond Scott, which was also used in And Maggie Makes Three.

I think it was also used in Little Big Girl.
It is commonly known for being used in old Warner Bros. cartoons too. Also Jesse I'm not sure if you mean the Enron ride from Special Edna?

all i remember was a roller coaster with people happy ("Yea, we're going to be rich!") and then at the end it goes into "The poor house" and you hear a voice saying "That's good satire."
Yeah they were making an Enron reference. You can look it up, but it is dated now I suppose...

Oh, I see. thanks.
that's the second time I've asked a question from s14 and both times the joke was dated.
To be fair it was a good reference at the time and they were self-aware enough to acknowledge the easy joke, hence the "that's good satire" line.

Hey guys,
im looking for a song in episode 20 of the 23rd season of the simpsons called ''the spy who learned me ''.
The song plays right after the documentary about kursty burger,
during the scene where homer takes a walk on the street on his way to moe's,
its an instrumental song, i searched everywhere on google but cant find it at all,
if anyone know the song i'd be really grateful,
thanks a lot.

Sorry if my description isn't quite clear as it is the only thing I can remember from this episode I do not know.
there is a scene in which a pizza bubble pops and out comes a bunch of spiders and they all crawl into somebody's mouth. for some reason this is the only thing I can remember from said episode. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
Hello Gutter, Hello Fadder.
Yeah, but that is a gum bubble, although that's the episode I was thinking too so it probably is correct.
Dang, I'm watching the episode right now and I can tell you this isn't it.
If I recall correctly, the pizza was on a table and the spiders crawled in somebody's sleeping open mouth. Sorry if this description is terrible.
in that case i have no idea.
Well the only other time I can recall spiders entering anyone's mouth was Homer's in Mobile Homer from Season 16, but I don't recall pizza in that at all, sorry.
Is the guy who says "That's a right triangle, you idiot!" in $pringfield Just Stamp the Ticket Guy? It sure sounds like him.
Impossible to say. That's a standard Hank Azaria voice.
Oh, while I'm in a question-asking mood, this line from The Boy Who Knew Too Much:
"Oh my God... he's like some sort of... non... giving up... school guy!"
Am I missing something here? I feel like there's a joke here, but I don't get it. The best I can come up with is "principled principal", which doesn't make much sense. Is it a reference of some kind?
It has been a long time since I've seen the episode but I think my interpretation of that line was that Bart can't think up any better/more accurate words to describe him because he isn't in school, where he might learn them. Kinda like a silent prod to your gut saying "See what we did there?" He would be able to think of a better description if he were in school, but he's actually running away from the man who wants him back in school! Oh the irony!
