thank you, stevie! sorry for my belated reply.
Bart: Lis, I don't get it...Why does Milhouse's happiness make me sad?
Lisa: Bart, you're worried you're losing Milhouse, and love is a selfish thing!
Bart: Shut up! I don't love Milhouse!
Lisa: Oh, really? The more you deny it, the more I know it's true!
Bart: Oh, yeah? Well, whenever you're mean, I'm a trampoline. So everything you said goes back and hits your ugly head.
Lisa: God, that was lame. Where did you get that?
Bart: From Milhouse! Oh, I love him so much!

Hmmm...I haven't listened to many of the commentaries yet. My friend said something about that commentary too but I don't think she specified the episode. I'll try to ask her, unless someone else here already knows.

    Question

    Hello everyone,
This is my first post here at the No Homers Club. I have a question relating to a quote Homer said, in I believe, the 2006 season. I remember him saying "It's all good." I can't remember any more of the quote, but I remember liking it. Does anyone know the rest of the quote and why/to whom he was saying it to.
    Thanks!

Welcome to the boards! Feel free to make a thread introducing yourself in NHC City Hall.

[as to your question, is there anything else you could remember? Frankly, I'm stumped]

So, what's happened to the strike? Is it still going on? Will The Simpsons be affected?

Strike's still going on, but there are talks scheduled for the 26th, and we'll have to wait and see how it goes from there.

The Simpsons has only one episode unrecorded for this season, so animation will continue and so will the new episodes, but they won't be rewritten. They'll still be aired though, but there was a natural break scheduled throughout December, regardless.

    It's "Rockit" by Herbie Hancock.

Next time, post it in this thread: Simpsons Q&A (Jokes We Don't Get, Which Episode, etc.)

Hello. I would like to know, out of pure curiosity, which episodes were rated TV-G?

As for Bart turning someone into Pikachu, I have no idea.

That was from "Please Homer Don't Hammer Um", I think he was talking to Frink about holding his hammer wrong, or something like that.

I don't think anyone revealed it, but most likely 'mother fucker'. The grunts heard didnt really match up with any existing cuss word. Also, 'bitch' has been said on the show.

Someone on Wikipedia keeps adding that Mick Kelly is a pseudonym for Mike Reiss. Is there any truth to this or is the guy full of it? After all, Kelly has been credited as being Jean's assistant for several years, right?

What did it mean in "The Curse of the Flying Hellfish" when Smithers said he was familiar with Grandpa's physical state? Was this a gerontophilia joke or something?

Why does Burns sometimes add an "-iola" suffix to the end of the words? e.g. "What sort of radiola show is this," "I'm going to take a bathiola," and "I'll get some champagniola."

Is this actually something they did back in "the olden days" (if so, I couldn't find anything about it), or is it just the writers being weird for weirdness' sake?

I think it is just to make it sound old timey even if they really didn't say that
