Obviously because the oreo didn't taste quite right.

I would think the joke was that he didn't think there was anything wrong with the Oreo, but there really is. O_o

Thanks for the explanation about Karl W, andy. I knew that his voice acting roles weren't very big if I hardly knew anything about him.

I think it was just supossed to be funny, because anytime that they can show Moes depression, bad luck, illegal activities (such as having Pandas in his bar), the Simpsons creators love to throw it in there. Many Hank Azaria characters such as moe, Apu, and Cheif Wiggum, are givin minor one liner jokes, that are undeep, but sometimes tell you alot about that character. In the case, as many people said above it just showed how Moe never fully gets what he wants.

Which episode is the screenshot from Handsome Peter's signature from?

... the episode where Homer imagines the kids as humans sitting at the kitchen table?

  11. #671

I believe he has the one of the head of all the Kwik-E-Marts from the episode "Homer and Apu" Where they go to India. The one where Homer immagines the kids as humans is from "Lady Bouviers Lover", where he immagines his kids as freaks, which are human-like.

It's from Fear Of Flying in Season Six - The Chinese use the same word for crisis as they do opportunity - prompting Homer to call out "Crisitunity!"

That's the point: Out of all the wacky-sounding place names like Walla Walla and Cucamonga, the only one that Homer cracks up about is the most normal-sounding one. Just another example of Homer's inability to grasp humor.

    How tall is Homer?

Because in Episode "[3F05] King- Size Homer " he has to gain 61lbs to get to 300

but i know plenty of people @ 300lbs or more and are not obese or disabled

You'd have to be over six and a half feet to be 300+ pounds and not obese. Shaq's 300 and he's 7-2. Homer's probably under six feet, since he doesn't appear to be exceptionally tall in relation to anyone else, so 300 is certainly obese for him.

In "Saturdays of Thunder" and "Dead Putting Society" we see a British sportscaster in the mold of an overdramatic golf announcer. His lines often have historical allusions in them. Has he made other appearances?

"You have rats in Spain, don't you--or did Franco have them all shot?"

This is actually me asking for something, and since it is related with the simpsons:

Do you people know where I can download 'Spanish Fly'? Not the version with Homer singing, just the song. I have to make a 'chaplin like' movie (silence movie) and I need a funny song, I tried soulseek and I could not find it, and Kazaa won't work in my computer anymore.

    Thanks.

It's called "Spanish Flea." It's by Herb Alpert & his Tijuana Brass. You should be able to find it under that.

The dad who knew too little quote can someone give this to me - Lisa: you love the daddy loves his daughter so much _________ it was meant to make no sense and make her quiet about why he did something wrong....

  27. #687

In Homer Vs. Dignity Mr. Burns was saying something like "23 skadoo, 24 skadoo, 25 skadoo," (sp?) what does that mean? It's been said in a couple other episodes too. I think Marge might have also said it once. Thanks.

Homer: Well, we should get along, after all I am your.... <reads the report> father
Lisa: How did you think of such perfect things for us to do? Did Mom help you?
Homer: Mom!? Don't you think I can read the report by myself?
    Lisa: What report?
Homer: The, um, eh, uh, "report" is a daddy word that means "loves his daugther"
Lisa: You... read the "loves his daughter" report by yourself?
    Homer: That's right, honey
