Review of Behind the Laughter:
Funniest episode of season 11, and also the most creative. I loved the way the "alternate" reality posed in the episode mirrors the 'decline' of the Simpsons in real life, and how the show almost mocks itself throughout the episode without poking it in your face. Also loved Simpsons Christmas Boogie, and just the general joke writing. Very enjoyable.
Watched A Star is Burns 3 times last night - 5/5 each time.
Behind the Laughter - 5.25/10 I prefered this episode to the last time I saw it. However, I still don't enjoy it much. It wasn't really that funny, save for a few moments, and I didn't really like the concept - though I will give the episode the praise that the episode did something new, which is usually a good thing.
Well, Season 11 on Channel Four has ended, bring on season 6. I might put up ratings for the Season 11 episodes I did watch.
Poochie needs to be louder, angrier, and have access to a time machine
Treehouse of Horror IX - 5/5
Awesome halloween trilogy.

Days of Wine and D'oh'ses - 7.5/10
Both plots work so well, and this episode is pretty much Barney at his best.

The Great Money Caper - 6.5/10
It was fine up until the unnecessary Surf's Up ending.
Skinner's Sense of Snow - 7.5/10
One of my favourite post-classic episodes. Reminds me of my childhood for some reason.
Two Bad Neighbors : B 7/10
A Star Is Burns - 7.75/10 One of Season 6's weaker episodes, but by no mean bad. It was pretty funny for most of the episode, but was let down by a weakish plot.
Grade School Confidential - 8.5/10 A solid episode. Funny, engaging, and was the beggining episode for Skinner and Edna's relationship.

All Singing, All Dancing: 6/10
I love it (usually) when the Simpsons burst into song so this was pretty enjoyable for me, and the songs in the wraparounds where quite nice too despite some dodgy lyrics (though I found rhyming "kablamo" with "ammo" hilariously bad). Though at the end of the of the day it is a clip show, and I would have rather had an original episode, this was enjoyable enough and certainly better than quite a few season 9 episodes.
Scenes From a Class Struggle in Springfield : B 7/10
Bart the Fink : B 7.5/10
Lisa the Iconoclast : B 7/10
Homer the Smithers : A- 8.5/10

Bart of Darkness
10/10 , and second best ever season premiere.
Bart of Darkness: 9/10
God, after seeing season 11 for the past 5 weeks, this was refreshingly hilarious. Not perfect though, as the plot was thin and dragged a bit at points, but it was certainly interesting and I loved the summer theme. Not to mention some GREAT animation, namely the shadows in Bart's room, the camera angle when Bart was calling 911, the pool sequence, Homer's "neat little package bit" (really expressive), and Lisa's "it's the best thing that's happened to me in my whole life" bit (very expressive).
Bart of Darkness - 8/10 This is a pretty fine episode, and is nice seeing, after having watched most of Season 11. There were some very funny moments, and it became quite tense at the end, but some dragged a bit. Still good though.
Marge Be Not Proud - 10/10 A masterpiece. Hilarious, and touching - what more could you ask for from a Simpsons episode? The best Christmas episode, the best episode to look at Marge and Bart's relationship, and one of the best Season 7 episodes. My second favourite episode.
