Radioactive Man
Not one of the best episodes from Season Seven but still pretty good. Best bit is the "campy 70s version" of Radioactive Man.

Summer Of 4 FT.2
Last episode I managed to catch was 'Bart's Girlfriend' from Season Six, a great series consisting of many eps I'd consider amongst my top ten favourites ('Homer Bad Man', 'Bart's Comet', 'The PTA Disbands', 'A Star is Burns', 'Who Shot Mr. Burns Part One'). However... this was by far one of the season's weaker spots. Perhaps not as weak as the abysmal 'Another Clip Show' or 'Bart of Darkness' (believe me, Rear Window is one of my all-time favourite films, yet I never really saw much appeal in this episode other than the 'Tis a fine barn, but tis not a pool, English' gag), but rather thin nonetheless. I'm thinking it was something to do with seeing Bart get manipulated - from the first season onwards he was always presented to be the constant winner of his many scrapes and an indefatigable (gesundheit) rogue. Jessica Lovejoy was just annoying to the core, though it was a good expansion on the Lovejoys' back-story as a whole. They've always done far too little with poor old Tim and Helen![]()

The last one I watched was Bart After Dark, I give it a B. I have seasons 1-7 on dvd and...a friend of mine, yeah thats it a friend downloaded seasons 9-16. He was going to wait until the season 8 dvd came out, but I just couldn't. I liked Burns, Baby Burns and Bart After Dark this time much more than I remembered liking them. I will still buy the dvd sets for every season, so I really don't see "my friend" downloading them as such a bad thing. "My friend" just can't wait 5 or 6 more years to have all the episodes.

THOH 1. 5/5 I always forget how much i enjoy this episode. james earl jones and Dan C. do a brilliant work in The Raven. I also love Harry Shearer as the house in the first act. I think this episode had a lot of great "simpson-y" jokes, the space dust on the cookbook, the ship needing an additional light beam to pick up homer. great THOH.
