The Bart of War
horrible. the jokes were not funny at all (like milhouse saying "bright, brighter, brightest, off, bright brighter, brightest, off") and both marge and bart's characters were way off. bart has never shown that he would purposefully destroy flanders' house, and marge saying "well, i guess this means war" was just stupid. plus the cop-out "hey let's all sing about canada" ending was cringe-worthily stupid and pointless (although, my guess is it was attempting to make some point about how evil the US is).

that makes me stupid, and you a whore
Fat Man and Little Boy : A consistently hilarious episode from start to finish. The plot moves from one point to another and the Goose Gladwell character may be a bit wacky but humor is very consistent and everyone of OFF was characterised very well. This had a lot of freeze-frame ags and I loved those. The only gag that totally misfired was the spitball fight at the beginning: it was too cartoony. I especially enjoyed the Homer and Lisa playing with Malibu stacy, Flanders' interperetation of "get bent" and almst everything Bart did. B+
It's a bit like having sex with a jellyfish: once might an interesting experiment, twice would be perversion!after I told him my name, he beat seven shades out of me and left me in a dumpster with a bar of soap shoved in my mouth and a brush shoved in where the sun doesn't shine
Tonight I watched two pretty good episodes from season 11 - Missionary: Impossible and Pygmoelian. These two, along with Guess Who's Coming to Criticize Dinner?, Grift of the Magi, Days of Wine and D'ohses, and Behind the Laughter, are the only six tolerable episodes in season 11, IMHO.
Missionary: Impossible is underrated, I think. It's a wacky "Homer gets a job" episode, but given how many times they used that formula during the Scully era, you gotta figure they get it right every now and then. It works here, just as it works in Guess Who's Coming to Criticize Dinner? The humor works well and I must confess I much prefer this sort of metahumor ending to an ending that aims for a logical resolution of the plot but misfires (and I can name plenty of Scully and Jean episodes that do that). B
Pygmoelian - Another metahumor ending that works for me but might not work for others. The main plot here is great, and Moe and Homer are well-written. The episode is hurt by its pointless, go-nowhere subplot with Bart and Lisa, though. B-
