Bart's Girlfriend 5/5
Lisa on Ice 5/5
From now on, there are three ways to do things: the right way, the wrong way, and the Max Power way.
Pokey Mom 2/5. I liked it a bit more than I used to (chuckled at Homer's 'Patent pending' thing), but it's still one of the most boring episodes ever.
One a Clear Day I Can't See My Sister 2.5/5. This one doesn't age well, it was my second viewing and I already grew weary of it.
Bart Gets an Elephant 5/5. Guess I had to compensate for the boredom with some classics. "That wasn't part!"
Lisa vs. Maliby Stacy 5/5
Bart the Lover - 5/5
The Itchy & Scratchy Movie - 5/5
Little Girl In the Big Ten (B+)
Bonfire of the manatees 4/5 ...Homer sure Hates Rubes!
C.E. D'oh 6/10
We live in a society of rules. Why do you think I took you to all those Police Academy movies? For fun? Well, I didn't hear anybody laughing! Did you?! Except at that guy who made sound effects. Brrruuummm!, zhoo-zhoo!, rrraaassspppp!, honk!, honk!, pkeeerrrrgghhh!, ahoo-hoo, he-he, hoo-hoo. Where was I? Oh yeah... Stay out of my booze!
My personal seasons' rankings : 4 > 6 > 7 > 8 > 3 > 5 > 2 > 9 > 1 > 16 > 15 > 18 > 17 > 14 > 10 > 13 > 12 > 11..19&20?..can't be arsed

Dude, Wheres my Ranch? ~ 5/5
Caught up on some syndicated shows I had Tivoed:
C.E. D'oh - Plenty of hilarious moments and a simple plot that, except for the canary, is actually remarkably down to earth make this one of my favorite episodes of the Jean era. A-
Treehouse of Horror XII - Had never seen this one before. The opening was stupid. Hex and the City had way too many "WTF were the writers on?" moments, even for a THOH. The leprechaun was pretty funny, but that was about it for laughs. House of Whacks had a very good plot but not enough jokes. Wiz Kids was just really bad. I did like the scene over the closing credits. Not a good episode, but not one of the really awful THOHs. Overall I'd probably give it a C-/D+.
Little Girl in the Big Ten - I had only seen this once before, and when I showed up at NHC, I was kinda baffled by the great reception it had gotten, because I didn't remember liking it much. This rewatch made me like this episode more, while still confirming that I think it's pretty overrated. The failing gym idea felt like too much of a retread of Lisa on Ice, and the idea that people could mistake an 8-year-old for a college girl, even a small gymnast, is pretty hard to believe. There is some decent emotion here, and the Robert Pinsky scene has some great animation, but everything falls apart at the end. After Lisa confesses that hanging out with college girls is the only time she's felt like she belonged and run out of the room crying, the element of Lisa trying to find intellectual equals is completely dropped, and we never see Lisa's college friends again. Instead, Lisa focuses on getting accepted by Springfield Elementary students, and the drama there feels quite forced. It feels forced that the kids would resent her for wanting to hang out with college students, and it also feels forced that Lisa is so desperate for her peers' acceptance, which has never been true of her. What is the payoff to these third-act developments? A prank scene that is really quite stupid.
This overanalysis and focus on the negative is only to show why I do not think this episode is the shining star that some make it out to be. I would still probably give it a B-, or maybe a C+ if I were feeling harsh. There are surely some good jokes here, but definitely has some clunkers (Ralph talking about wetting his pants is okay, but actually seeing it happen is just embarrassingly dumb).
Ooh, they have the Internet on computers now!

All Singing, All Dancing 2/5
Bart Carny 4/5
