Worst Episode Ever - 7.5/10 One of Season 12's better episodes. It was nice to see an episode about Comic Book Guy, even if his relationship with Agnes was weird. Also, episodes with Milhouse in a main role are usually good.

Bland, unfunny, and excessively rehashed. Salvaged by two funny(ish) moments, only one of which I can remember (Patty and Selma in the flat).

New Kids on the Blecch:
Largely unfunny and the navy thing was an odd twist. Typical wacky Scully resolution. Enjoyed Ralph singing and the hippy hallucination though. I don't think it's one of the worst episodes ever.

The kids with radically altered voices was the highlight, along with exhausted Homer in the marathon. Dragged down hugely by the Mad Magazine stuff towards the end.

Anyone remember how in Season 9's The City of New York vs Homer Simpson, the Mad Magazine guy mentioned the title of this episode?
