A star is torn: I really enjoy this episode every time I watch it! The story is very simple yet extremely effective. Cameron is a very good one time character (even though he doesn't have many lines at all in the episode). I love the fact that Homer invents songs for Lisa (and what's great is that the words in each of Lisa's songs seem to be coming from Homer's intelligence ). Song episodes can sometimes get on my nerves but here I find that the songs were all enjoyable to listen to. Great stuff. I would place this episode a little over the mid-section of my Season 16 ranking.

Home away from Homer: I didn't like this episode the first time I saw it. But every time I look at it now, I take more and more of a liking to it. It's actually a great episode from my point of view. The Person who replaces Ned Flanders as the Simpsons neighbor is well chosen. And I love those little statues Ned Flanders collects in this episode. No really Joel H. Cohen wrote a great story here (4.25/5). This writer has also written some pretty decent episodes lately (I'm thinking of Homer the father and Lisa Simpson, This Isn't your life).

Rewatching my favourite season again

The Old Man and the Lisa - 7.5/10

Almost done rewatching Season 16. The last episode I watched this morning was Treehouse of Horror XV. It's quite a good Horror Show. Each of the three stories are pretty good and I did enjoy all three of them but my favorite small story is still easily The Ned Zone.

I have three episodes left to watch in Season 16 (Homer and Ned's Hail Mary Pass, Pranksta Rap, and There's something about marrying) before I move on to rewatch Season 15.

Oh, and I also watched Dog of Death last night. I haven't watched this one in ages and I ranked it as a 7 out of 10. But now after watching it again, I really enjoyed it. And the veterinarian is such an awesome one-time character
