I've seen a lot of different grades for this one. Personally I give it an A because it's hilarious and there's some good satire about talk show hosts.

5/5- Tramapoline, Trampopoline!
4/5-Wow,man!

2/5- We've made a false idol of this Brad Goodman

A-, This is a very funny episode although somewhat forgetable.
I agree with McStinkalot. The first act was good, the rest was too, but it wasn't as funny. 4/5
Brilliant but it has the wackiest Simpsons gag ever with the trampoline knocking homer down a cliff and then he seems to be fine in the next scene.
4.5/5 rounded down to 4 I'd say

It was good but not great. Rather bland at some points. I give it a B something.
Season 17 Thus Far:
Bonfire of the Manatees: C+
The Girl Who Slept Too Litte: A-
Milhouse of Fog and Sand: B+
Yes, but you have to realize that scene was a parody of Road Runner cartoons, so it's allowed to be goofy.Originally posted by Homer_Thompson

Not a bad episode by all means. Funny in parts, but too silly in others. The plot seemed to meander from the trampoline, to Brad Goodman, who remains a rather unmemorable character compared to Jacques and Hank Scorpio, also voiced by A. Brooks. James Brown makes a fairly good, if limited cameo appearance.

"Tramapoline! Tramopoline!" for me. I'd give it about a 9/10.
Of course, I dont have a problem with it, I just wonder if its breaking one of Groenings rules.Originally posted by Tramapoline

5/5, classic episode.

I thought it was an average episode. One of the weakest of season five. 6/10 or 3/5.

It's alright, If this was part of say, Season 13-15, it'd be one of the best, however in terms of season 5 it was a little weak.
RATING: 3.5/5
GRADE : B-
For me it's also one of season five's worst episodes. It had some moments, but the rest of the story was a chaos. This is not what plot-writing is meant to be.

4/5, or damn near a 5/5. If it weren't for episodes from Season 5 like "Secrets of a Successful Marriage" or "The Last Temptation of Homer," it'd be a knockout 5/5.
But HomerLand sold it for me.
Milhouse: It smells funny in there.
Homer: No it doesn't.
I was saying "Boo-urns."
Season 19 Ratings:
He Loves to Fly and He D'ohs - A
The Homer of Seville - C+
Midnight Towboy - A+
I Don't Wanna Know Why The Caged Bird Sings - A

Oh god this episode is hilarious- the field of corpses from being injured by the trampoline had me laughing for 2 days!
5/5
Bonfire of the Manatees C-
The Girl Who Slept Too Little B+
Millhouse of Sand and Fog B

It was a great episode and I'm glad it's coming out on Season 5. (5/5)

One of the worst of Season 5 I'd say. Although the trampoline set up is terrific (the Gone with the Wind parody, HomerLand, "Let's jump on the car instead," pretty much everything Krusty said,) the rest of the episode is fairly bland and lacks any compelling conflict or any real resolution. However, the satire on self-help gurus, James Brown's appearance, and "Let's go to the mill anyway, get some cider," help this episode from being completely forgettable. B-
I like it a lot. Pretty thin plot, but great gag episode.

Non-stop laughs, but I don't buy the story, so it's brought down just a bit.

Bleh, didn't care for it much. One of my least favorite from Season 5. (3/5)
