Willie: "I'm a maniac, MANIAC, on the flooorrrr. And I'm dancing like I've never danced befoouurrre..."
This had me laughing for quite a while.
Lenny: "Man, my whole body's gettin' a workout! Especially my big fat mouth."
Homer: "Yeah. Especially your big fat... oh wait."
"Le Grille?!? What the hell is that?"
"American tax dollars will help our allies who fought so poorly and surrendered so readily."
Bart: You made all that money for sitting around and watching TV and eating food?
Lisa: There's a lot more to it than that, Bart. I don't just babysit. I sell peace of mind for a dollar an hour. Two dollars after nine o'clock.
Yeah, that's what they all say. They all say "D'oh".
He's the greatest guy in history.
Town of Springfield.

^ The best thing about Season 10
Milhouse: "I checked around. The girls are calling you "fatty fatty fat fat," and Nelson's planning to pull down your pants, but nobody's trying to kill you."
Bart: "Oh, that's good."
Nelson pulls down Bart's pants.
Girls: "Fatty fatty fat fat! Fatty fatty fat fat!"
"Ah, beer, my one weakness. My Achille's heel, if you will"
"Let's just say it moved me...TO A BIGGER HOUSE!!!!"
"What's that? You want the pee bucket on your head?"
bart and milhouse: (singing) "Sisters are doing it for themselves"
"Barney's movie had heart. But Football in the Groin had a football in the groin."
Barney: And I say, England’s greatest Prime Minister was Lord Palmerston!
Wade Boggs: Pitt the Elder!!
Barney: Lord Palmerston!!!
Wade Boggs: Pitt the Elder!!!! [pokes Barney]
Barney: Okay, you asked for it, bud! [punches him out]
Moe: Yeah, that’s showing him, Barney! [scoffing] Pitt the Elder…
Barney: Lord Palmerston!!!! [punches Moe]
Edit: Actually in that scene, does Barney say 'you asked for it bud', or 'you asked for it Boggs'? I listened to it on youtube and it sounds more like the latter, but the snpp capsule says 'bud'.

Poochie needs to be louder, angrier, and have access to a time machine
On the DVD it's subtitled "Boggs", so they person writing the capsule probably misheard it.
"Look at me! I'm a puffy pink cloud!"
He's talking to Wade Boggs why would it be anything else. The dialogue makes more sense with him saying Boggs.
"Bonjourrrrrrrrrr! Ya cheese-eating surrender monkeys"
Gotta love Groundskeeper Willie.
"I came to fight City Hall. I want to shake things up, Patterson. Stir up some controversy, RATTLE a few cages!" - Homer Simpson
[rattles a bird cage]
Ralph: "Why does everyone run away from me all the time?"
(wets his pants)
Lisa: "Well, look at the wonders of the computer age now."
Homer: "Wonders, Lisa? Or blunders?"
Lisa: "I think that was implied by what I said."
Homer: "Implied, Lisa? Or implode?"
Lisa: "Mom, make him stop."
Kirk: You're letting me go?!
Boss: Kirk, crackers are a family food. Happy families. Maybe single people eat crackers, we don't know. Frankly, we don't want to know. It's a market we can do without.
Kirk: So that's it, after twenty years: "So long, good luck"?
Boss: I don't recall saying "good luck."
One of my all time favourites
"Don't you hate pants?"
