Started off very very strongly but it really trailed off towards the end, a lot of scenes seemed unnecessarily long, despite how amusing they were. Still, it's worthy of a B+

Unbelievably great episode. Love the political satire, love how it shows the corruption in Washington, also was funny with Homer/Bart back rub and the singing 'budget gaps', 'trade gaps' guy. Not to mention Barbara Bush in the fucking bath tub. Outstanding. 5/5, 10/10 A +

To be honest, this is probably my favourite episode of Season 3. 4/5
