Thread: Character you'd most like to see disappear

Sad Character you'd most like to see disappear

Which character would you most like to see vanish from the show? Note : if the character happened to be funny in the "classic era", but isn't now (i.e. Ralph), his/her past should have no bearing on your vote. It's what he/she acts like NOW and how the writers appear to be using him/her NOW that you're voting on.

Didn't include the Yes Guy because a) he would win, and b) he hasn't been used since EABF01, and it appears (though I don't want to jinx it) that they have stopped using him.

Disappear, as in literally, or in the traditional, brutal CIA sense? If the former, I'd say Sober Barney. The rest are pretty iffy, and appearances range between unpleasant and meh. If the latter is the case, Ian-Maxtone Graham.

I would like the annoying Judge Harm to disappear. She should have only been a one-time character in "The Parent Rap", and even then I wasn't too fond of her.

Sober Barney. Then bring back Barney, who is one of the best cartoon characters in television history.

From the list, Sober Barney. From all the characters, Snake.

Oh, so close between Sober Barney and Ian Maxtone-Graham. I'd have to go with Ian, though.

Ian Maxtone-Graham for obvious reasons. Does he even like the show?

    Sober Barney sucks.

Well, Ian Maxtone-Graham was only in one episode, so I don't think it's fair to vote for him.

Cookie Kwan. There was no point to revive her in "Large Marge", and I don't think there's been a single moment with her in the Jean era that I've enjoyed. Yes, technically she returned in "She of Little Faith", but I want to blame "Large Marge".

Sober Barney should disappear. His character serves absolutely no purpose. But by "disappear" I mean "make drunk again".

I agree with Glayvin. But if I guess if I had to pick a character I'd like to leave and never return in any form, I'd have to go with Judge Harm.

I don't want anybody to disappear, per se, but I really think more care needs to be given to Ralph, Frink and Cletus who really have become stale and tired and are used at any given opportunity when nothing else could be made funny.

Judge Harm. I don't even know a few of those on the list... I haven't seen sober barney, but I'd class that as getting rid of drunk barney... guh, what a horrible, horrible character that was.

    I like Gil, too.

Tough call between Sober Barney and Judge Harm. Judge Harm is one of the worst characters the show has ever had, she's like finger nails on a chalboard. Had to go with sober Barney, though. He used to be such a great character.

I think he's drunk again, actually. He was drunk in "I'm spelling as fast as I can"

I don't care if she's number one on the west side, Cookie is weak.

It was a one time joke based on him having a relapse, hence asking Lisa to spell 'Relapse'. He's sober again in later episodes.

This has been explained how many times now?

Judge Harm (irritating), followed by Sober Barney (absolutely pointless).
