Incredbly off topic.

No money or paying with drugs are involved, But I dont understand, you want one? or you want to make one yourself? If so...
First off you should have some good grabpics, of whatever you want. Flash or Paint Shop Pro are good for these. Many people here including myself would be willing to help with that if you need it. Then you should be experianced with an image editing program mainly Photoshop. Make it how you want. Check on alot of the members for a reasonable size, however as long as its not too big you could make it however you want. I cant really say how to make one, not knowing how you want it...We all have different styles. What I usually do is make some sortof effect for the backround that I think is cool, using various distortions. However in my own I used the pulse thing from Darkside of the moon, blurred it and added Sideshow bob. I dont really know what else to tell you, if you've never made computer graphics before it might take a while to get the hang of it to make a so called "Kick ass" sig. In any case, good luck, and have fun with it.

Alternitavely:

get photoshop or paint shop pro. you'll probably be able to get a trial version which lasts for aorund 30 days but you can get a "crack" which turns it into the full version. magic.

mess around with the program and make pictures of anything. if there's some pictures you see with special effects like 3D and shadows then mess around and try to copy the image and then use the styles and effects for your own images. practise makes perfect.

if you want to use pictures, get them from other websites like lardlad.com or blockoland.com and pu them in your sigs.

but seriously, the best i can advise is mess around and get used to the programs.

I would also like it to say Hugh Jazz of Springfield somewhere on the sig (doesn't matter that much to me)

Also: There are some difficulties with the size allotation on the av's. I took a freeze-frame of Ron White from his DVD, cropped it on an art program, made it less than 29.3 KB (I checked again and again), scanned it to the JPEG file, and No Homer's Club still says the size is to big among other things. What can I do to avoid this problem in the future?
