It could be either depending on what browser he uses. I assume IE, then it would be an X but on Opera images just don't show up or it says "image"

If I can manage to get Animation Shop (possibly wait for a new version as I outdated my trial of V3) I will do more stuff with avatars. Same with sigs. I need to have spare time though.
