Homer's Brain: After looking at the sig I made you again, I thought that I could do better. So I went ahead and made another. Just thought it might be nice to have a couple of choices.

Tman: I found it hard to fit all of those pictures into one sig without making it look messy, so I omitted the first and the last picture you gave. Here's what I got:

Well I see that Otto has already done Tman's but I was goin at it until my mom shut off the computer and I lost it all. I tried re-making it though:

Yeah, otto is right. DON'T FLAME AT ALL. If you do it in pms you can get warned for pm abuse.

How do you get your stroke around the images, do you just open the image use the wand tool, then stroke?

To Chris and anyone else who may want to know, I think this is the answer to your question:

If you feel like making a sig or avatar someday and want to use a pic from another source, that's great. I definately encourage others to try making their own sigs (not that I don't enjoy making them), and you will feel better about it. Say you have a picture of homer, but it is a picture of homer and a white background. To get rid of the white background, use the magic wand tool and click the background and clear the selection (don't forget the gaps in Homer's hair). Next, Select the whole image (including the transparency if you wish) and copy it to the clipboard. Go to your background image which you want to have as the backdrop for the picture of Homer, and paste the image.

Now you may or may not know, there are a few layer style options (such as Drop Shadow, Outer Glow, Bevel and Emboss) that you may set for your layer (Note that you can create new layer styles for alternate effects as well by pressing Layer>Layer Style>Create Layers). If you wanted to add a stroke to the image, go to Layer>Layer Style>Stroke and set the options (such as size and opacity). Note that the layer styles also work for text layers as well.

The above is using Adobe Photoshop 7, I am not sure about other versions/programs.

I kind of did mention to keep ON-TOPIC as some people clearly aren't doing. Also, looks like Dynamix read SageBean's post that PM Abuse can get you in trouble so he decided to turn to MSN. Great, Moonlit. I know people have accused my sig of too big and when Mods let me know I will change it. But yours is "officially" too big as the width is larger than the original table wideness

Damn Straight. Sorry if this has caused any inconvenience to anyone else (such as not being able to see your sig, erectile difficulties, etc.) I recommend you host your own sig if you wish to prevent such catastrophes in the future.
