Jackson's replacing del Toro as director, Martin Freeman is officially playing Bilbo Baggins, and David Tennant and Stephen Fry are rumoured to be getting roles. Fuck yes.

    I'm not saying he sucks, I loved Pan's Labyrinth and the first Hellboy. Tolkien's universe just seems to fit Jackson so well and I loved what he was able to do with it in the LOTR trilogy
