They are a guilty pleasure band for me, I love Fire! and listen to it a fair bit, I'm not sure how people around here feel about them but they make good, fun energetic music and I really enjoy listening to them. I don't think they are to be taken too seriously though.

OK, didn't want to start a new thread for this when it should be able to be answered by someone here. Has anyone heard of or used yourmusic.com? It seems to good to be true. Anyone know of a catch involved? $5.99 an album is not right. They're has to be something more, but I don't see it.

Yeah, I saw that, plus they say "local taxes" are added to the $5.99. The part you pointed out is easy to avoid. Put a damn CD in your list and you're set. Plus, you can always buy additional albums for $5.99. So I could sign up, get my CDs, and cancel. It says you can opt out at anytime, so there's not a quota to reach either. I'm still not seeing a catch. Anyone else?

all of growing's - the sky's run into the sea.
particularly the first song "a painting". swelling cymbals lead into slow drones. near the end a bright twanging appears and the song finishes off with distorted, grungy chords. all in all, 17 and 1/2 minutes of true greatness.
this album isn't likely to appeal to everyone, but it's really worth seeking out if you can appreciate it.
