watch the movie the other day. There was about 5 minutes of funny material but 80 minutes of pure shit. The ending has got to be one of the most "what the hell" movie ending of all time. All the movie is one news story after another after another, etc. Wait till the funny parts are on youtube. You do have to watch the the "armed gunman" skit though.

just watched it and holy shit. can't remember the last time i've seen a movie try so hard to be funny. maybe two good laughs during the entire thing. goddamn that sucked. it's directed by some guy named tom kuntz though. i guess that's kinda funny.

T&E have said in an interview that they are signed up for two movies, and they are already working on an Awesome Show script.But, with these guys, you never know if they're joking or not.
Anyways, from the trailer this onion movie seemed like something fun, but I'll stick to youtube clips to see if it's funny.

a lot of the stuff seemed cobbled together ideas from stand up comedians ive seen, mr. show, and idiocracy. there wasnt a single performer that could carry the material - which of course wasnt great or original to begin with. a total miss

Craig downloaded and watched it, then showed me a few clips. I have to admit watching the Rape Party pretty much cracked me up. I don't think I could handle just sitting down and watching the whole movie though.
