yeah.. the hip hop angle is a plus when dealing with a cop buddy drama starring de niro and pacino.

pacino and deniro

what happened to these guys. i think they're both trying for one last great performance in their careers before hanging it up. they're failing miserably so far

Here's my gripe with this movie, Michael Mann's movie heat was more than a cops and robbers film with Deniro and Pacino, it was well-written and directed and it respected the intelligence of its audience.
The problem with this film is that it is using deniro and pacino as a gimmick for an otherwise boring, generic cop movie that thinks it is smarter than it is.

i'm willing to believe that pacino and deniro both thought it wouldn't seem like another paycheck movie, due to their heat reunion.

terrible title

me and my friend got really stoned and saw pineapple express, and this trailer popped up before the movie. i'm pretty sure we laughed more at the trailer than anything in the movie

granted our high was peaked at that point, but still. god this looks so terrible

I probbably will
see Righteous Kill.
sometimes Pacino needs to chill
but even still,
this looks really ill.

I am a huge De Niro fan and I really hope that the movie does well.

on the contrary, i really like de niro and i hope this movie fails so he'll start using better scrutiny with the projects he chooses.

I went to it.

The whole thing was sort of flat. They don't bring much these days. They are old. The movie played old.
